Tonight, your favorite Irish band, Hair Of The Dog, will be rocking the rafters at the Elsmere American Legion Post, 16 W Poplar Drive, Delmar, NY, beginning at 7pm. The public is welcome and there is no cover charge. These Elsmere Post concerts are small, intimate and fun because they give the band a chance to try out new songs in front of a lively, hometown audience.

2024 marks 31 years since Hair Of The Dog was formed by leader Rick Bedrosian. HOTD was originally a trio, known primarily for their definitive interpretations of immortal Irish pub tunes. Fiddler Larry Packer joined the group in 1997, completing Hair Of The Dog’s classic, 4 member lineup . A quartet is what many HOTD enthusiasts fondly remember from the band’s earliest days, performing on large and small stages at venues like Eamonn’s, Irish 2000 Music & Arts Festival and The Parting Glass. This newest iteration of Hair Of The Dog will be a return to its roots and is sure to bring a smile to the faces of the band’s fans.
