About Rick

Rick Bedrosian started playing in bands in 1968 and has been a full-time, professional musician since his high school graduation in 1973. Throughout his career while living in New York and Tennessee, Rick has worked on stage and in recording studios with many well known performers including Stevie Ray Vaughan, Gene Clark (the Byrds), The Outlaws, John Stewart (the Kingston Trio), Tommy Makem, Marshall Crenshaw, Garth Hudson (The Band), Henry Paul, Billy Crain (The Henry Paul Band), Floyd Domino (Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Asleep at the Wheel), The Fureys (in concert on Carnegie Hall’s main stage) Sean McGuinness (Dublin City Ramblers), Blackhawk, Marshall Chapman, Tommy Crain (Charlie Daniels Band), Lonnie Mack, Silver Chicken and Eddie Angel (Los Straitjackets). Rick Bedrosian is the leader of the internationally renowned Irish-Rock band, Hair Of The Dog and he portrayed George Harrison in the Beatlemania Show, Hey Jude for seven years.

Rick’s also the writer, director and star of the food, music and travel Web TV Series, “I Could Eat”. “I Could Eat” has been Officially Selected for more than 60 international film festivals, screened in major cities including Los Angeles (at multiple big-screen movie houses including the famed TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood), New York (Regal Cinemas and Art Houses in Manhattan & Queens), Toronto and Asbury Park NJ, and has won top prize in a variety of cities around the world including New York, Los Angeles, Simi Valley, San Francisco, Asbury Park, Marina del Rey, Niagara Falls, Tokyo, Paris, Rome, Darjeeling and Madrid. In 2009, Bedrosian released his remastered Solo album (vinyl & CD), “Inside My Car”.

Rick B’s concerts are a whole lot of fun and you’ll learn a lot about the music during his captivating performance. Rick plays concert venues, select pubs and restaurants, libraries, house parties, corporate events, weddings, holiday get-togethers and special concerts for groups of all ages including seniors and children. Remember to be on the lookout for the Rick Bedrosian Christmas Show, a seasonal favorite which runs each year from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day, and his rousing Irish Session throughout the month of March.
