I Could Eat - Rick Bedrosian Montage

“I Could Eat” is a new food and travel TV Pilot/Web Series hosted by Rick Bedrosian. Rick is best known as a singer/songwriter, leader of the internationally renowned Irish folk/rock band, Hair Of The Dog (1993-present) and “George Harrison” in Hey Jude (2012-2019), a Beatlemania stage show.

Rick’s also an accomplished music producer, international history and food tour guide (Ireland, England. France, Italy, Los Angeles and New York City), photographer (published subjects include Paul McCartney and Vin Scully) and foodie.

Rick Bedrosian shot his first motion picture (Super 8 format) in 1968 and is now an award-winning film maker. His current passion project, “I Could Eat,” has screened in major theaters multiple times in cities like Toronto, Asbury Park, New York (Manhattan and Queens), Los Angeles, Simi Valley and in Hollywood at the famed, TCL Chinese Theatre. It’s won awards for Best Web Series, TV Pilot and Travel Pilot in competitions around the world – New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Niagara Falls, Paris, Rome, Milan, Madrid, Singapore, Darjeeling and many others.
