“I Could Eat” New Episode Filming Continues

As 2026 unfolds, it’s gratifying to look back on the 2004 and 2025 selections, nominations and awards that “I Could Eat” garnered in places like Hollywood, Simi Valley, Las Vegas, Marina del Rey, the New Jersey Coast and Manhattan but it’s even more important to look ahead. Filming for Episode 3 (Elmhurst) was completed in the fall of ’25 and that edition was released in early 2026. Episode 4 (New York’s Capital Region) shooting commenced in December 2025 and is due to wrap up by the end of 2026. Episodes 5 and 6 are currently in pre-production with incredible locations on the horizon for both films. Amazingly, the Pilot (Queens) and Episode 2 (Hudson Valley) are continuing to make a splash at film festivals from coast to coast (more than 40 awards so far) but we’re especially looking forward to introducing Episode 3 to domestic audiences and beyond. Who knows what will happen with the series but one thing’s for sure- screening these films at major theaters and meeting filmmakers from around the world continues to be an incredible experience.
